Real Estate Agents Need to Be Podcasting

Start a podcast to build your sphere of clients

As a real estate agent, you should always be looking for new ways to stand out in the crowd and attract new clients. There is no magic solution for filling your CRM tool with warm leads. Even though it can feel like a struggle to get noticed at times, the key is to keep generating new and valuable offerings for your sphere. With a podcast you can get yourself (and your voice) out there! Creating a podcast will help you shine as an expert in your field.

Podcasting as a marketing tool is becoming more affordable and accessible for those without audio editing knowledge. At Auxbus we recognize that it wasn't easy to create podcasts in the past without buying expensive software or spending an exhaustive amount of time each week recording and editing. We've fixed this problem with our end-to-end recording and distribution platform! (It's in Beta, but launching very soon!) It's incredibly simple to use – all you have to do is record and we handle the rest. Our content guide walks you through podcasting best practices each step of the way to provide your with a professional sounding, polished podcast.

Our platform will be available for you to use in August 2019. While we're finishing it up, you can begin thinking about how you will make your podcast unique and valuable for your clients. Sign up for our launch announcement and we'll also send you podcasting advice specifically for real estate industry professionals.

Pick a show topic that you know about and that will be useful for your listeners. We recommending choosing a niche that you can target specifically.
